Submit Return Request

  1. Click the "Start Return" button below to begin the return process for your order. You'll need your order number and billing email. 

  2. Receive Return Authorization. We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) along with a return shipping label to get the product back to us. 

  3. Pack It Up & Ship It Back Pack the product in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts. 

Return Policy

Free Returns Within 30 Days

We’re making it even easier for you with free returns. You can return all or part of your purchase for free within 30 days. 

Some exclusions apply, see below for details on freight returns and items that are not eligible for return. 

Note that: 

  1. Non-defective items that have not been installed should be returned in new condition. 

  2. Return Authorization (RA) numbers are good for 30-days from the date of issue. 

  3. Returns are not accepted for special orders. 

  4. We provide a unique label for each box for your return. To ensure proper processing of your return please do not use a single return label on multiple boxes or ship multiple items together in the same box unless they arrived to you this way. 

  5. Refunds will be processed once an item arrives and is inspected at its return destination. In instances where there are significant discrepancies in content, weight, or dimensions of a returned shipment compared to what has been approved for return, refunds may be further delayed or rejected.

Freight Returns

Freight orders are not eligible for returns. Some exceptions apply. 

If you are returning or exchanging an item that shipped freight for any of the reasons listed below, you will not be subject to return shipping costs or fees. 

Acceptable Freight Return Exceptions 

  • You placed an order over the phone and we sent you the wrong item. 

  • The product you received has a manufacturer's defect. 

  • We sent you a product different from the one you ordered. 

Remember to inspect freight orders upon delivery, and do not accept delivery if the item is damaged or not what you ordered. Refuse the order and call us right away at 800-344-8759. 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are not eligible for return. These items include: 

  1. Items shipped to you via freight, see Freight Returns for more details, or give us a call to clarify at 800-344-8759. 

  2. Custom-made and custom-painted products. Husky Liners will cover shipping costs associated with the return of custom-made products if: 

    • You placed an order over the phone and we sent you the wrong item. 

    • The product you received has a manufacturer's defect. 

    • We sent you a product different to the one you ordered. 

  3. Items with visible wear and tear. 

  4. Items that have been installed, modified, drilled, or cut. 

  5. Items outside of the manufacturer's warranty. 

  6. Items with the "non-returnable" logo. 

  7. Shipping charges and flat rate shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Common Reasons for Return

  1. Defective Product - We handle hundreds of thousands of items, and sometimes things go wrong. If an item arrives to you defective, let us know and we'll make it right. 

  2. Damaged Product - Items ship out all the time, and sometimes accidents happen. Though rare, sometimes items can arrive to you with damaged packaging. Let us know right away if this occurs so that we can make it right. 

  3. Incorrect Product - Incorrect orders happen, we understand. If you receive an incorrect order or if we guaranteed fitment over the phone or chat and the product does not fit your truck, give us a call. Sometimes it's a simple fix, and if not we'll get the return process started. Either way, we'll make it right. 

  4. Don't Like It - Has your item arrived but it doesn't look the way you envisioned it? We completely understand and want you to be happy with the products you're putting on your truck. 

Warranty Claims

If you have purchased a Husky Liners product and need to submit a warranty claim please visit our Contact Us page to submit your warranty request.

The information you will need to provide is: 

  • Include your Contact name, address and day time phone number 

  • Describe the Product you purchased (Include the year, make, model of truck) 

  • Describe the Problem in one simple paragraph, when possible 

  • Attach Images illustrating the problem 

  • Attach Proof of Purchase (copy of your original sales receipt) 

**Please note Installation and labor costs, shipping charges, cost incurred due to down time of vehicle, normal wear and tear, incidental or consequential damages, acts of God, water damage, and other weather-related impacts are not covered under warranty. Most warranty terms will be repair/replace.
