Carl Anthony learned to drive behind the wheel of his father's 1987 Chevy Silverado on the back roads of rural Iowa in the late 1990s. His automotive career started in 2009 at Sioux Falls Ford in South Dakota, where he sold new F-150 and Super Duty trucks and the occasional "cream puff" pre-owned car.

Over the years, Carl has served as a dealer trainer for Ford, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo. He was a trusted product specialist on Chevy's National Truck Team and a member of the FCA (now Stellantis) national auto show team, where he was the resident expert for consumers on the Dodge Charger and Challenger. 

A lifelong student of the automotive industry, Carl is the host of AutoVision News Radio, a small but influential podcast that focuses on future vehicle technology, including next-generation ADAS innovations, electrification, and software-defined cars.
